Description
A Subaru battery is a rechargeable battery that supplies electrical energy to your automobile.It is also known as an SLI battery (abbreviation of starting-lighting-ignition) and its chief objective will be to start the Subaru engine.
Electricity for the auto is supplied by the alternator once the engine is running.
Commonly, starting discharges less than three per cent of the battery capacity. SLI batteries are designed to discharge a high outburst of current, measured in amperes, and then be quickly recharged.
They are not designed for deep discharge, plus the lifespan of the Subaru battery can be reduced by a total discharge.
